每天早上7：30起床，花15分鐘收拾床被、洗漱完成，再花15分鐘聽英語磁帶。
8：00就是我這個小孫悟空大鬧天宮的時候了。先是花30分鐘聽音樂做運(yùn)動，這樣是不是有勞逸結(jié)合的感覺呢?
然后做一個小時半的家務(wù)。比如：澆澆花、掃掃地、擦擦窗戶、整理整理東西。
