(一)第一個(gè)活動(dòng):“班委改選”

1、學(xué)生分角色朗讀,教師展現(xiàn)情境和問(wèn)題,引發(fā)學(xué)生思考。

2、由學(xué)生自由發(fā)表意見(jiàn),回答材料后4個(gè)問(wèn)題。

(鍛煉能力、增加自信等)

3、教師總結(jié)導(dǎo)入:我們?cè)诔袚?dān)自己責(zé)任的時(shí)候,不僅對(duì)他人有好處,自己也可能獲得回報(bào),如贏得自尊和自信,使自己獨(dú)立性更強(qiáng),得到他人的承認(rèn)等。但我們也要為承擔(dān)責(zé)任付出一定的代價(jià),如花費(fèi)更多的時(shí)間、精力,給自己帶來(lái)負(fù)擔(dān),也有可能會(huì)因失敗而受到責(zé)備等。但我們不能因?yàn)楹ε赂冻龃鷥r(jià)而不承擔(dān)責(zé)任,因?yàn)槌袚?dān)責(zé)任是走向成熟的必然要求。

注意:給學(xué)生充分的是假進(jìn)行思考和交流。對(duì)承擔(dān)責(zé)任的代價(jià)和回報(bào)進(jìn)行衡量和評(píng)估,不能憑一時(shí)沖動(dòng)盲目做出決定。并不是要學(xué)生在承擔(dān)責(zé)任前斤斤計(jì)較,而是使學(xué)生在承擔(dān)責(zé)任時(shí)更加理性。

回報(bào)更重要的是無(wú)形的財(cái)富,如良好的自我感覺(jué)、他人的贊許、獲得新的知識(shí)或技能等。

代價(jià)感受到責(zé)任沉甸甸的分量,意味著付出時(shí)間、精力和金錢(qián),意味著可能因做得不好而受到責(zé)備,甚至受到處罰。

(二)第二個(gè)活動(dòng):第二個(gè)活動(dòng):“對(duì)選擇的評(píng)估”

1、理解小柯面臨的幾種選擇,鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生設(shè)想其他可能的選擇。

2、對(duì)每個(gè)選擇從三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行評(píng)估

3、教師總結(jié):每一種選擇都可能有相應(yīng)的代價(jià)與回報(bào),我們應(yīng)該自己做出選擇。一旦我們做出自己的選擇,就應(yīng)該承擔(dān)起相應(yīng)的責(zé)任。

注意:對(duì)每種選擇可能產(chǎn)生的結(jié)果,學(xué)生會(huì)有不同的意見(jiàn),教師易善于傾聽(tīng)學(xué)生的意見(jiàn),同時(shí)調(diào)控好課堂的節(jié)奏。

(二)第三個(gè)活動(dòng):“我的決定”

1、教師說(shuō)明:盡管責(zé)任意味著付出,但作為成長(zhǎng)中的青少年,我們要敢于主動(dòng)承擔(dān)責(zé)任,學(xué)會(huì)承擔(dān)責(zé)任,為自己的選擇負(fù)責(zé)。

2、請(qǐng)學(xué)生在學(xué)校生活、家庭生活、社會(huì)生活三個(gè)方面各選擇一個(gè)新的責(zé)任,制定履行責(zé)任的行動(dòng)計(jì)劃,鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生在今后的生活中具體落實(shí)。

注意:在本單元結(jié)束后,教師對(duì)這項(xiàng)活動(dòng)落實(shí)的情況進(jìn)行反饋調(diào)查,對(duì)按計(jì)劃履行自己責(zé)任的學(xué)生予以表?yè)P(yáng)。

比爾蓋茨說(shuō)過(guò)“一個(gè)人可以不偉大,但不能沒(méi)有責(zé)任感”。也就是說(shuō)人任何時(shí)候都必須肩負(fù)責(zé)任。但什么是責(zé)任?責(zé)任是一種素質(zhì)、一種信任、是一種心態(tài)、更是一種榮譽(yù)。聽(tīng)了楊宗華教授責(zé)任勝于能力的演講后,我感觸很深,楊教授運(yùn)用了通俗易懂的語(yǔ)言闡明了責(zé)任的深刻內(nèi)涵及其中的道理,特別是其中一系列案例,有很強(qiáng)的說(shuō)服力。

人的一生必須承擔(dān)著各種各樣的責(zé)任,社會(huì)的、家庭的、工作的、朋友的等等。崗位不同承擔(dān)的責(zé)任也不同,軍人有守土之責(zé)、救死扶傷是醫(yī)生的天職,工人的職責(zé)是生產(chǎn)出合格的產(chǎn)品等等。就拿社區(qū)來(lái)說(shuō)吧,各崗位工作人員如都能對(duì)待本職工作有一個(gè)責(zé)任感,那社區(qū)各項(xiàng)關(guān)愛(ài)百姓、服務(wù)民生的工作就會(huì)齊頭并進(jìn)。

人不能逃避責(zé)任,要勇于承擔(dān)責(zé)任,放棄自己承擔(dān)的責(zé)任就等于放棄生活,他也將被生活所放棄。主動(dòng)承擔(dān)責(zé)任可以使人堅(jiān)強(qiáng),可以激發(fā)人的主觀能動(dòng)性即潛能。能力永遠(yuǎn)需要責(zé)任來(lái)承載,責(zé)任可以改變一個(gè)人對(duì)工作的態(tài)度。一個(gè)有責(zé)任心的人,對(duì)待工作是積極向上的、樂(lè)觀的,他才能享受到工作的樂(lè)趣。一個(gè)沒(méi)有責(zé)任心的人,對(duì)工作毫無(wú)興趣,整天萎靡不振,最終只能是碌碌無(wú)為。責(zé)任是一種無(wú)法選擇的目標(biāo),很多人對(duì)自己所從事的工作并不滿意,但在很大程度上是工作選擇了自己,而不是自己根據(jù)興趣愛(ài)好選擇工作。而我認(rèn)為,不管以什么樣的心態(tài)來(lái)到這個(gè)工作崗位上,即然是自己的工作,就應(yīng)該責(zé)無(wú)旁貸地去完成,且完成好。因?yàn)檫@就是你的責(zé)任這本身就是自己分內(nèi)的事情,是一種無(wú)法選擇的目標(biāo)。

工作本無(wú)高低貴賤之分,只是分工不同罷了,只要我們熱愛(ài)自己的工作,就會(huì)有一種責(zé)任感,工作效率就會(huì)大大提高,這時(shí)你就會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)工作不是苦差事,而非常有趣,你所做的工作是有價(jià)值的,會(huì)得到別人的認(rèn)可和尊重。

艾默生說(shuō)“責(zé)任具有至高無(wú)上價(jià)值,它是一種偉大的品格,在所有價(jià)值中,他處于最高的位置?!笨茽栴D說(shuō)“人生只有一種追求,一種至高無(wú)上的追求……就是對(duì)責(zé)任的追求”。其實(shí)我們每個(gè)人無(wú)論從事任何職業(yè),做什么工作,都是對(duì)自己負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)他人負(fù)責(zé),正因?yàn)橛胸?zé)任感,在困難時(shí)我們堅(jiān)持,成功時(shí)保持冷靜,絕望時(shí)懂得放棄。責(zé)任讓人勇敢,責(zé)任讓人堅(jiān)強(qiáng),責(zé)任也讓人知道關(guān)懷和理解;因?yàn)槲覀儗?duì)別人負(fù)責(zé)的同時(shí),別人也在為我們承擔(dān)責(zé)任,這個(gè)世界上所有人都是相互依存的,所有人共同努力鄭重的擔(dān)當(dāng)起自己的責(zé)任,才會(huì)有生活的美好和寧?kù)o,因?yàn)槲覀兊纳鐣?huì)需要責(zé)任,我們的家庭需要責(zé)任。

責(zé)任就是竭盡所能做好自己應(yīng)該做的事,應(yīng)該從細(xì)節(jié)做起。我們所從事的管理工作是一個(gè)平淡的工作,沒(méi)有動(dòng)人的故事,也沒(méi)有驚天動(dòng)地的業(yè)績(jī),有的只是日復(fù)一日的瑣碎,我們必須抓好每一件小事,在細(xì)節(jié)中體現(xiàn)責(zé)任,在奉獻(xiàn)中體現(xiàn)責(zé)任。比如:在日常工作中檢查操作工是否按要求操作、設(shè)備的維護(hù)和保養(yǎng)是否到位、生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)是否整潔干凈、容器擺放是否整齊等等。但在工作中難免會(huì)遇到這樣那樣的困難,當(dāng)遇到困難時(shí)我們要做的就是不找借口,而要勇于負(fù)責(zé),主動(dòng)尋找解決問(wèn)題的方法,不推諉,不逃避責(zé)任,要堅(jiān)信辦法總比困難多。

有人說(shuō)“假如你熱愛(ài)工作,那你的生活就是天堂,假如你非常討厭工作,你的生活就是地獄”。因?yàn)槟愕纳町?dāng)中,有大部分時(shí)間是和工作聯(lián)系在一起的,不是工作需要人,而是人需要工作,你對(duì)工作的態(tài)度決定了你對(duì)人生的態(tài)度,你在工作中的表現(xiàn)決定你在人生中的表現(xiàn),你在工作中的成就決定了你在人生中的成就,所以,如果你不愿意拿自己的人生開(kāi)玩笑,那就應(yīng)該在工作中勇敢的負(fù)起責(zé)任。我相信只要每個(gè)人自愿承擔(dān)自己應(yīng)該承擔(dān)的責(zé)任,我們的社會(huì)就一定會(huì)更加美好,我們的社會(huì)也會(huì)更加和諧。
